Japan’s renewable energy industry has grown rapidly from the introduction of the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) system in 2012, and now accounts for over 20% of the national electricity market. According to the Japanese government’s 7th Strategic Energy Plan, this share is expected to increase to 40–50% by 2040. Renewable energy is not only essential for achieving carbon neutrality but also plays an increasingly vital role
in ensuring energy security amid evolving global dynamics.

Considering this environment, we will embark on a new chapter as ReENE ENERGY Corporation, effective April 1, 2026. “ReENE” is a coined term developed to represent Tokyu Fudosan Group’s renewable energy business, reflecting the brand’s core slogan, “Re-creating the Value Edit Next Energy “.

As the expansion of renewable energy continues and its role as a stable power source becomes increasingly essential,

we aim to move beyond the role of a renewable energy power generator and position ourselves as a comprehensive energy company.
We are committed to addressing social challenges and realizing the energy mix that will support the next generation.

As a member of Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group, we leverage our strengths across the full value chain—from the development of diverse renewable energy sources,
the deployment of storage batteries for grid balancing, to the operation and management of these facilities, asset management, and electricity retail.
By combining this with a corporate culture that values coexistence with local communities, we provide comprehensive energy solutions unique to our company and aim for the next phase of growth.
