ReENE ENERGY Corporationis dedicated to green energy business with the aim of
i) securing stable supply of energy, which is an important social infrastructure,
ii) revitalizing local communities, and
iii) contributing to CO2 reduction as an effort toward climate change,
through the spread and expansion of green energy.
We are committed not only to promoting decarbonization, but also to addressing a wide range of environmental and social challenges in an integrated way
such as biodiversity conservation and harmonious coexistence with local communities. By advancing initiatives related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), and fulfilling our corporate social responsibility (CSR), we aim to contribute to a sustainable society.
Basic Policy on Sustainability
ReENE ENERGY Corporation contributes to the formation of a sustainable society through practice of our company philosophy.
We make efforts to solve social issues such as climate change by promoting the use of green energy.
We build strong bonds with local communities and other stakeholders through responsible engagement.
We comply with international rules, laws and regulations and realize fair, equitable and transparent management.

ReENE ENERGY Corporation works together with the following stakeholders to promote its business. We particularly strives to build trust with local communities who engaged in our green energy business through various cooperation activities.
Commitment to the SDGs
SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals): Global goals aimed at realizing a sustainable, better society where we “leave no one behind.” SDGs were set in the “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,” agreed upon by all member states of the United Nations in 2015. SDGs consist of 17 goals and 169 targets to be achieved by 2030.

CN Strategy
- Our company is committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. To reach this goal, we’re advancing energy efficiency, harnessing renewable energy, and electrifying our company vehicles and equipment to build a sustainable future.
- We’ve set a 2030 target for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions at a 50% increase compared to 2021 levels. This accounts for the expected rise in emissions due to business growth, while also aiming to contribute to reducing overall societal emissions through the expansion of renewable energy.
- Without action, our GHG emissions could potentially double or triple by 2030. Therefore, we’ve set this target to balance reducing environmental impact with business expansion.
Governance System
Our Sustainability Promotion Committee will oversee the implementation of the CN Strategy and evaluate its progress.
